The Scripture Restoration Project

The “New Testament” like the Tanak (“Old Testament”) was originally written in Hebrew and Aramaic and only later translated into Greek, Latin and other European languages.

James Scott Trimm has spent over thirty five years researching the Hebrew and Aramaic origin of the books of the “New Testament”. He has spent decades locating and analyzing Hebrew and Aramaic manuscripts of “New Testament” books, while also analyzing the various Greek manuscripts of these books, for evidence of an underlying Hebrew or Aramaic original.

Dr. Trimm has also scrutinized literally thousands of pages of Hebrew and Aramaic manuscripts, carefully analyzing them to determine which show evidence of descending from the original Hebrew and/or Aramaic, and which are merely late translations from Greek, Latin and other sources.

The Scripture Restoration Project, is a project to restore the original Hebrew and Aramaic text of the books of the New Testament, based upon his decades of research.

We realize that it is not the activity of James Trimm alone who is responsible to do this work, it is all of us together who are charged with the responsibility of accomplishing this work. We very much look on the efforts of this restoration work as a cooperative one with each one of you.
